Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms govern every order and booking placed through this website, operated by DIASPONET, Sandviksveien 163, 1337 Sandvika, Norway. Contact: info@diasponet.no.

By placing an order, booking a coaching session, or purchasing a digital or physical product through this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and prices

Coaching sessions are priced and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Digital and physical products are priced and charged in the local currency of the buyer's country, as shown at checkout, where supported by our payment processor. Where your local currency is not supported, the price will be shown and charged in USD instead.

All prices include any tax displayed at checkout. An order or booking is accepted once we confirm your payment. We reserve the right to decline any order and issue a full refund, in the original currency and payment method used, including where a coaching session is full, a digital product is withdrawn, or we suspect fraudulent payment.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Flutterwave. We do not store your card details.

3. Delivery

  • Physical goods ship using the delivery method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.

  • Digital products (templates, guides, cheat sheets, session recordings) are delivered by email as a download link and/or access credentials, immediately or within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Coaching sessions are delivered live via video call (Zoom/Google Meet) at the scheduled time, or as a pre-recorded session where stated on the product page.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Where local consumer law grants you a statutory cancellation window (commonly 14 days in the EU/EEA and UK, which applies to you as a Norway-based seller under EEA consumer rules), that right applies to physical goods that have not been used or opened, subject to return shipping costs.

This right does not apply once:

  • a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, or

  • a coaching session has been attended, or

  • a live coaching session is within 48 hours of its scheduled start (see Section 5).

To request a return or refund, contact info@diasponet.no within the applicable window.

5. Coaching sessions

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable, but we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative session time at our discretion.

  • Group coaching sessions ("crash courses," workshops) are non-refundable once the session has taken place, but if you're unable to attend, a recording will be provided where one is included with your purchase.

  • Coaching is educational and advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results — your success depends on your own effort, market conditions, and execution.

6. Digital products and licence

Digital products, including any business template, are licensed to you for your own personal or business use. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the underlying files, source code, or template as a standalone product. All intellectual property in our templates, course materials, and content remains the property of DIASPONET.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order or a coaching session is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product or session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the law of your country of residence, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts (Asker og Bærum tingrett, covering Sandvika), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.
