End User Licence Agreement

This agreement governs your purchase and use of the commerce template and any other digital product sold on this store, operated by DIASPONET, Sandviksveien 163, 1337 Sandvika, Norway ("we", "us"). By ticking the acceptance box at checkout you agree to these terms. The version accepted, and the moment you accepted it, are recorded against your order.

1. What you may do

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use one copy of the template for one project of your own — your own business or a single client project. You may modify the source freely, rename it, replace the branding, extend it, and deploy it commercially under your own name.

2. What you may not do

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, share or give away the template or any substantial part of its source, whether modified or unmodified, as a template, starter, theme, boilerplate or course asset. You may not include it in a product whose value is the template itself rather than your own work. Each additional project requires an additional licence.

3. Licence keys and tracking

Each purchase issues a unique licence key recorded against your email address and purchase reference. You enter that key once while setting up your own copy; the activation, the email and the target you name are stored. This is ownership tracking, not a runtime lock — your build never phones home and will not stop working. If a copy is found circulating, the key and purchase records are how it is traced back to the buyer it came from.

4. Delivery

Downloads are served through links that expire and are limited in the number of uses. Each downloaded archive carries your licence key and purchase reference in its metadata. You can generate a fresh link at any time from your account area. Do not share your links or your key.

5. Breach

Reselling or redistributing the template terminates your licence immediately, and the key is revoked. Revocation blocks further downloads; it does not require us to interfere with a project you have already deployed.

6. Refunds

Because the product is delivered digitally and in full at purchase, refunds are granted at our discretion, and a refund revokes your licence key and outstanding download links. This section works alongside our separate Refunds and Returns policy.

7. No warranty

The template is provided as is. You are responsible for your own configuration, your own payment provider and API keys, your own legal and tax compliance, and the content you publish. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

8. Support and updates

Support covers delivery and licence issues. Ongoing customisation of your own copy is not included, and updates are provided when available with no guaranteed schedule.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts (Asker og Bærum tingrett), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.
